our health is something we take for granted often. alex has an auto immune disease. it’s easy to become negative when you wake up and feel unhealthy.

it is important to focus on solutions, to stay positive. alex does what makes her happy, she balances being healthy and being well. in that way she overcomes, lives and loves.
